Compare the approach, not just the name
LPG offers mechanical tissue stimulation. LipoFirm Pro combines radiofrequency with Dynamic Muscle Activation. PowerSculpt focuses on electromagnetic muscle stimulation. These technologies have different roles; a combination is only considered when it fits your assessed needs.
Single appointments or a course?
We explain the proposed number and spacing of visits before you commit. Progress is individual and is reviewed against your starting point. Current prices and available courses are shown in Phorest, rather than assumed from a standard discount.

Body contouring is not a weight-loss programme. We discuss your goals alongside lifestyle and activity, and explain the limits of the proposed approach. You can ask about sensations, aftercare and costs during your consultation.

A manual body wrap combining massage, concentrated formulas and warming and cooling sensations to work on smoother-looking skin and body contours.
Bioslimming Active Wrap is designed around concerns such as the appearance of cellulite, skin firmness and uneven body texture. It offers a hands-on option within our body contouring menu.
What happens during treatment?
Your practitioner assesses the areas you want to address and applies the professional products as part of the wrap protocol. The system uses four complementary formulas: Detox Base, Active Slim Gel, Active Slim Cream and Ultra Slim Effect.
At Bio Medspa, we combine the wrap with Body Ballancer compression therapy as described in our current Phorest service. We discuss your health, skin sensitivity and comfort before confirming suitability.
Single treatment or a course?
The current single appointment is £95. Our Phorest description recommends a course of six for the treatment plan; we discuss the schedule and review your individual response before you commit. Check Phorest for current booking details.
The aim is a smoother, firmer-looking finish and more defined-looking contours. Responses vary, and immediate changes in measurements are not a measure of lasting fat loss. This is not a weight-loss treatment.
