Treatment guide

What to know before you book.

Who it is for

Suitable for dullness, dehydration, rough texture, congestion, uneven tone and clients seeking visible freshness without significant downtime.

How it works

A specialised capsule exfoliates while creating carbon dioxide bubbles at the skin surface. This encourages the body’s natural oxygenation response while active ingredients are infused.

What to expect

The treatment is comfortable for most clients. Skin can look lightly pink immediately afterwards, but this usually settles quickly. Many clients notice a smoother, more hydrated finish on the day.

Your plan

A single OxyGeneO treatment is £80 and can work well before an event. For ongoing concerns, we may suggest a course or combine it with home care after assessing your skin.

Choosing your facial

OxyGeneO or Geneo+?

The standard OxyGeneO booking is for the exfoliation, oxygenation and infusion facial. Geneo+ offers the combined option with radiofrequency. If you want added RF, select the relevant Geneo+ appointment and discuss suitability with your practitioner.

Radiofrequency is a broad treatment category that uses controlled warming. It has a different role from exfoliation or infusion. You can explore our radiofrequency facial options if firmness is your main concern, including RF with added DMA.

What does oxygenation mean?

The technology creates carbon dioxide bubbles at the skin surface to encourage the skin’s natural oxygenation response. It does not involve injecting oxygen. Exfoliation and infusion form the other parts of the facial, with the approach selected around your skin.

Preparing for your appointment

Tell us about recent treatments, your current skincare and any sensitivity. If you are planning the facial around an event, mention the date so we can discuss timing and the possible immediate skin response. Your practitioner explains the selected treatment and aftercare before starting.

Finding the right fit

If your priority is cleansing, extraction and hydration, compare Hydrafacial. For a wider choice, explore advanced facials. You do not need to settle on a technology before asking for guidance. Current prices and appointment options are shown in Phorest.
