LPG® Endermologie Sports Recovery Stonehaven

Recover well. Train better.

LPG® Endermologie sports recovery uses rhythmic mechanical massage to work on muscle tension, tissue mobility and circulation. It fits around training blocks, events and rehabilitation.

Overview

Hands free recovery support.

LPG® is used by athletes and sports teams to support recovery between sessions. The treatment head mobilises soft tissue in precise, consistent movements across larger areas such as legs, glutes and back.

It can feel like a deep, rhythmic massage. Sessions may help ease tightness and heavy legs, support lymphatic flow and help you feel ready for your next session. Your practitioner sets pressure and technique around your sport, training load and any injury history.

How it works

Motorised rollers and controlled suction lift and mobilise the skin and underlying tissue to support circulation and tissue mobility.

Most people find sessions comfortable and relaxing. Pressure is adjusted to how your muscles feel on the day.

When to book

Many clients book within a day or two of hard training or an event, or as a regular part of their training week.

Questions

Sports recovery FAQs.

How is LPG® different from sports massage?

LPG® is mechanical and covers large areas with consistent pressure and rhythm. Sports massage is hands on and targets specific muscles. Many clients use both.

How often should I book?

It depends on your training load. Some clients book weekly during heavy training and around events. We will suggest a plan that fits your goals and budget.

Can I train after a session?

Light activity is usually fine. We advise keeping well hydrated and will give you aftercare advice on the day.

Is it suitable if I have an injury?

Sometimes. We assess first and may recommend physiotherapy before or alongside LPG® treatment.
